Campaigns group marketing activity so you can connect lead generation and later sales outcomes to the campaign that influenced them.
Create the campaign
Open Marketing > Campaigns and start a new campaign. Complete the campaign identity, dates, status, and the configuration available in the current campaign form.
After creation, use the campaign detail view for the management actions exposed by campaign.manage and the workspace’s marketing access.
Connect leads and outcomes
Campaign performance is meaningful only when the same campaign-linked population is used consistently. Lynka’s reporting model can connect campaign leads, qualified leads, opportunities, wins, and won value through explicit campaign relationships.
Do not calculate conversion by taking all wins in the workspace and dividing them by only the campaign’s leads.
Campaign status and dates
Keep the campaign end date and status consistent. The built in automation Campaign ended but still active finds campaigns whose end date passed while the status was not completed.
Active campaign has no leads surfaces launched campaigns that have no lead activity after launch.
The active report catalog includes Campaign Performance and Campaign Conversion. Campaign spend and ROI can be incomplete when the selected period or campaign data does not provide a defensible spend snapshot. In that case, Lynka should show incomplete data rather than invent an ROI.
