You signed in but the workspace does not open
Confirm that the user has an active membership in the intended workspace and an active profile there. A revoked membership or inactive profile can block the authenticated app even though the email and password or identity provider login succeeded. The workspace is locked
Lynka can replace the normal app with an access lock when the workspace is inactive, expired, paused, or otherwise not permitted to continue. Owner or billing attention may be required before normal navigation returns.Onboarding keeps appearing
Onboarding completion is stored with the workspace. A local or cached completion value should not override the current workspace state if onboarding is still required. Complete the required onboarding flow or investigate the backend state rather than forcing the frontend past the gate. You are in the wrong workspace
Permissions and data are workspace-specific. The same user account can belong to more than one workspace without merging those workspaces together. Confirm the selected workspace before concluding that records disappeared.Google login and Gmail connection are different
Signing in to Lynka with Google does not automatically connect Gmail for CRM email. Gmail integration has its own OAuth and provider configuration flow.Plans and capabilities
Understand workspace access and feature locks.
Connect Gmail
Troubleshoot mailbox connection separately from login.
