Lynka currently uses Free, Pro, and Teams capability sets. The useful way to compare them is not by counting screens. Compare the business problems each plan can solve.

Current prices and included users

The website is the source for current prices, included users, LeadGen allowances, billing terms, and promotions. These docs focus on product behavior.

Free: start the core customer and product workflow

Free is for a business starting with the core Lynka records. The current entitlement model includes Sales, Agreements, and Inventory while keeping the collaboration model focused on one user. Use it to learn the connected workflow: Leads and Deals, Quotes and Invoices as commercial records, Products, Suppliers, purchasing, and receipts. Free does not provide the full Accounting and team collaboration capability set. Invoice posting is also a separately controlled capability.

Pro: run the wider business system as one primary user

Pro adds the broader operating surface around the CRM. The current model includes Accounting, Support, Marketing, LeadGen, and Reports in addition to Sales, Agreements, and Inventory. Choose Pro when the main problem is no longer “I need a place to track customers.” Choose it when one primary user wants more of the business connected:
  • built-in LeadGen for prospecting
  • Accounting and financial reports
  • customer support and SLA work
  • Marketing campaigns and attribution
  • advanced Reports
  • invoice posting and the related finance workflow
  • deeper automation and operational visibility where enabled
LeadGen is a major reason to consider the paid product because it lets prospect discovery begin inside the same system used for follow-up, qualification, Deals, Quotes, and Invoices.

Teams: run the same business system with controlled collaboration

Teams keeps the wider Pro product surface and adds the collaboration model required when multiple people work in the same business. Choose Teams when you need to answer questions such as:
  • Which salesperson owns this Lead?
  • Can finance see Accounting without giving salespeople the ledger?
  • Can a manager see the team’s Deals without becoming Admin?
  • Can support work Tickets without seeing unrelated financial records?
  • Can one person belong to more than one team?
  • Can the owner review the business without owning every task?
  • Can sensitive work use approvals?
That is why Teams should be understood as a small-team operating model, not simply a larger seat count.

LeadGen availability and allowance

LeadGen has separate run access and metered capacity. Current paid-plan rules are: Pro and Teams starter credits are granted once per workspace when the first successful paid subscription begins. Upgrading later does not grant another starter package. Additional LeadGen credits can be purchased separately; pack quantities and prices are not published. The backend can track plan allowance and separate credit grants, and can refund charged capacity when a run is finalized as failed, no results, or canceled under the current lifecycle.

Lynka-hosted email

Hosted email allowances are per workspace, not per individual user: The daily maximum controls how quickly the monthly allowance can be used; it is not a second pool. Connected Gmail does not use this allowance. Google’s own sending limits and policies apply. See LeadGen credits and allowance.

Basic dashboard charts and advanced Reports are different

A user seeing a dashboard chart does not automatically mean they have the advanced Reports area, report builder, schedules, exports, or every financial report permission.

Plan access is not the only access layer

A plan can include Accounting while a particular user is still denied Accounting access. After a plan change, the workspace also needs the product area enabled and the user needs the right access and permissions. If a paid feature is missing, use Why a feature is missing before assuming billing failed.
