Marketing in Lynka is meant to answer what your business did to create demand and whether that activity led to useful customer outcomes. Customer-facing messages sent through Lynka-hosted email may count toward the workspace’s hosted email allowance. Connected Gmail is separate and does not use that allowance. Lynka may temporarily reduce or pause hosted sending to protect deliverability and sender reputation. The core Marketing area focuses on Campaigns and their relationship to leads, opportunities, attribution, automation, and reporting. LeadGen is closely related to acquisition, but it is important enough to have its own documentation section because it has separate run permissions, allowance, targeting, and prospecting lifecycle.

Lead Generator

Find prospects inside Lynka, then move the ones you want to work into the normal Sales workflow.

Campaigns

A Campaign records the marketing initiative, dates, status, and related lead activity. Use Campaigns to understand what was launched and connect later outcomes back to the source where the data supports that relationship. Lynka can flag active campaigns with no Leads and campaigns whose end date has passed while their status remains active.

Attribution

Attribution connects marketing activity to the customer journey. It should help explain influence without pretending that every touch deserves full credit for the same sale. Keep attribution separate from raw activity volume. A campaign that generated fewer Leads but more qualified Deals may be more valuable than one that created many low-fit records.

Reporting

The active report catalog includes Campaign Performance and Campaign Conversion views. Sales reporting also includes Lead Sources, funnel, and conversion measures that help connect acquisition to commercial results.

Use Marketing and LeadGen together

A practical acquisition workflow can be: Campaign or target idea → LeadGen prospecting → Lead follow-up → qualification → Deal → commercial outcome → reporting The important part is that Marketing and LeadGen do not become separate islands from Sales.

Create a campaign

Set up a campaign with clear dates and context.

Measure LeadGen

Judge prospecting by qualification and pipeline, not only result count.
