Is LeadGen a separate CRM?
No. LeadGen is part of Lynka. The goal is to move useful prospects into the same Sales workflow where ownership, activities, qualification, Deals, Quotes, Invoices, and reporting already live.
Does a generated prospect automatically become a Deal?
No. Discovery is separate from qualification. A prospect should normally enter Sales as a Lead while qualification is still open. The Deal is created when the lead passes Lynka’s qualification process.
Can I target by location?
The current backend run contract supports geographic targeting. Use the geography controls exposed by your current LeadGen screen.
Can I target by industry?
Yes, the current run contract supports industry targeting. The exact list and UI presentation depend on the current LeadGen experience.
Does LeadGen support enrichment?
The run contract supports enrichment options. Treat enriched information as data to review and verify rather than a guarantee that every field is current.
Why can I open LeadGen but not press Run?
Run access and view access are not identical. The workspace must have valid capacity and the user must be allowed to run LeadGen.
Do failed runs use my allowance forever?
The current backend finalization logic refunds charged capacity for runs finalized as failed, no results, or canceled when they have not already been refunded.
How many LeadGen credits are included?
Pro includes 15 LeadGen credits to get started, then 5 included each month. Teams includes 30 to get started, then 10 included each month. The starter package is granted once per workspace when the first paid subscription succeeds; upgrading later does not grant another starter package. Additional LeadGen credits can be purchased separately.
Do unused purchased LeadGen credits disappear?
Lynka has not published a customer-facing expiry policy for purchased LeadGen credits. Do not assume an expiry or renewal rule that is not shown in the current product or pricing experience.
What happens when hosted email reaches a daily or monthly limit?
Hosted-email limits are maximum workspace allowances, not delivery guarantees. The current public implementation does not document a guaranteed queue, retry, reset time, upgrade action, or other specific outcome after a limit is reached. Connected Gmail remains separate and follows Google’s own limits and policies.
Can my whole team run LeadGen?
Only people with the required access should be able to consume run capacity. You can keep LeadGen limited to an owner or selected sales users while other team members work the Leads and Deals created afterward.
What if the same company appears twice?
Check existing Sales records and use duplicate review rather than intentionally creating multiple active versions of the same prospect.
