Report Builder
Use the Builder when you want to compose a report or reporting layout from the options available to your workspace. The reports UI supports domain filters such as Leads, Deals, Quotes, Invoices, Products and Tickets, plus scope controls and report search. Saved layouts and presets can help users return to a useful reporting view without rebuilding the same selection each time.Scheduled runs
Scheduled report features can create runs that are reviewed later in the Reports area. Availability depends on the reporting feature flags, current plan and permissions. Do not assume a schedule bypasses record visibility. Report scope and access rules still matter when the report executes.Permissions
Users generally needreport.view to use reports and report.export for export actions. Financial reports can also require finance specific access.
