Lynka includes separate Chat and Documents surfaces so conversations and files can stay connected to the workspace instead of being scattered across unrelated tools. ## Chat Open **Chat** to use conversation threads. Desktop provides a conversation or history sidebar with the active thread beside it. Mobile uses the responsive chat layout. Chats can be linked to records such as leads, opportunities, companies, quotes, tickets or campaigns when the record flow supports it. That link gives the conversation business context. ## Documents Open **Documents** to browse and work with files available to the workspace. Record pages can also expose related document actions. Uploads are subject to file validation, storage quota and permissions. Different entry points such as product images, CRM documents or chat attachments can share the same safety requirements even though the UI is different. ## Keep important evidence on the record If a file or conversation explains a sales decision, invoice issue or support resolution, link it to the relevant business context where possible. That makes handoffs easier and reduces private knowledge trapped in one person's inbox. Review data and file handling guidance.
