The report catalog is the library of implemented reports available to your workspace. It is separate from the dashboard, which focuses on configurable operational widgets. The current active catalog contains reports across **Sales**, **Agreements**, **Finance**, **Inventory** and **Support**. ## Examples by area Sales includes Pipeline Value by Stage, Win Rate, Lead to Qualified Rate, Sales Cycle Length and Deals Needing Attention. Agreements includes A/R Aging Summary, Overdue Invoices, Quote Acceptance Rate and Quote to Invoice Conversion. Finance includes Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, Cash Flow Statement and A/P Aging. Inventory includes Available Stock, Reorder List, Goods in Transit, Stock Movements, Inventory Valuation Summary and Margin by Product. Support includes Incoming Ticket Volume, Ticket Backlog by Status, First Reply Time, Resolution Time and SLA Compliance. ## Scope and access Report results can depend on report scope, date period, record access, reporting exclusions and the user's permissions. Users need `report.view` for report access and `report.export` for export actions where exposed. Advanced Reports access is separate from basic dashboard chart access. ## Why report definitions matter A metric name is not enough. For example, weighted pipeline, invoice billings, recognized revenue and cleared cash are deliberately different calculations. Use the calculation reference when a number needs explanation.
