# Lynka documentation

> Learn how entrepreneurs and small teams use Lynka to find prospects, manage sales, quote and invoice customers, control stock, understand finances, support customers, automate follow-up, and work together.

Lynka is a CRM and business management platform for **entrepreneurs and small teams**. It connects the work that often gets split across prospecting tools, spreadsheets, CRM records, quotation software, invoicing, stock tracking, accounting, support, and reporting.

The important part is not the number of screens. It is the connection between them. A prospect you find with LeadGen can become a lead. A qualified lead can become a deal. A deal can lead to a quote and invoice. Products can connect selling to stock and purchasing. Posted financial activity can reach Accounting. Team access, ownership, automation, and reports sit across the same workspace.

For a short product overview, see [Lynka's product pages](https://lynkacrm.com/product). Use this documentation when you need to complete a task or understand a current workflow.

## Lead generation is part of the system

Many small businesses start a CRM with an empty database and then pay for a separate prospecting tool to fill it. Lynka's LeadGen is designed to shorten that gap.

A LeadGen run is not the end of the sales process. It is the beginning. Search inputs can include targeting such as search terms, geography, industries, and enrichment options supported by the current run flow. When you decide a prospect is worth working, the rest of Lynka is already there for ownership, follow-up, qualification, deals, quotes, invoices, and reporting.

## Built for a small team, not only a solo user

A five-person business can have five very different responsibilities without having five formal departments. One person may sell and follow up customers. Another may handle finance. Someone else may manage purchasing or support. The owner may need to see across all of it.

Lynka separates **membership**, **product area access**, **action permissions**, **record scope**, **ownership**, and **team membership** so a small team can share one workspace without sharing every permission.

## Explore Lynka by product area

**Sales** keeps leads, deals, companies, ownership, and activities together. **Agreements** handles quotes, invoices, payments, fulfillment, and customer contracts. **Inventory** covers products, suppliers, purchase orders, goods receipts, and stock. **Accounting** turns operational activity into a financial record. **Support** manages tickets and service expectations. **Marketing** tracks campaigns and attribution. **Reports** answers operational and financial questions across those records.

## Use Lynka where your business operates

The documentation is written for businesses across **Africa, Europe, and the Middle East**, without assuming one country's tax system, currency, or business vocabulary. Lynka supports workspace finance settings, transaction currency handling, timezone-sensitive activity, and configurable tax behavior, but your legal and tax obligations still depend on where you operate.

<Card title="Regional setup" icon="globe-2" href="/regional/overview">
  Set up currency, timezone, tax behavior, and data practices without forcing your workspace into a country-specific template.

## If something looks different in your workspace

What a person can see depends on the workspace plan, installed product areas, role defaults, user overrides, permissions, and record scope. Mobile also uses different navigation and layouts from desktop when the smaller screen needs a different interaction.
