# Acceptable Use Policy

> Rules for lawful and safe use of Lynka CRM.

Lynka-hosted email allowances are maximum workspace allowances, not delivery guarantees. Customer-facing hosted messages may count toward the allowance. Lynka may throttle, lower, review, or pause hosted sending to protect recipients, sender reputation, deliverability, and shared infrastructure.

Customers must have the right or permission to contact recipients and must not send spam, abusive outreach, or messages that ignore consent and opt-out requirements. Hard-bounced, complained, unsubscribed, or otherwise suppressed addresses may be blocked from further hosted sending. Connected Gmail uses the customer’s Gmail account instead of the Lynka-hosted allowance and remains subject to Google’s policies and limits.
